Crossword Buddies is a brain-twistingly addictive multiplayer word game that lets you solve word clues, unscramble words and use power-ups to outwit your friends! It’s a uniquely competitive twist on traditional crossword puzzles that you can play against friends.

The game is free to download and play from the Apple App Store. You can then start playing against Facebook friends or random opponents. The aim of the game is just like a normal crossword - try to decipher the clue and guess the right word, but with Crossword Buddies, you only have 60 seconds to make your move! For each correct guess you earn credits, which can be used towards paying for a variety of different power-ups to improve your playing experience and help you defeat your opponents. Or, if you want to take a short cut to winning, you can use in-app purchases to instantly buy credits and power-ups.

Using power-ups and super-powerful triple power-ups you can boost your score or sneakily steal points from your opponents. You can also unlock great add-ons to help you get high-scores just by inviting your friends to join you.

The game is fully integrated with Crossword Buddies on Facebook, meaning you can play on your iPhone or iPad, or switch to Facebook and continue your game online without losing a single move. With thousands of different crossword grids and words waiting to be solved, Crossword Buddies will keep you and all your buddies amused for hours!
