MONTREAL, Canada (November, 2012)
Simthetiq is in the midst of completing final preparation for
this year’s I/ITSEC, the world’s largest modelling,
simulation and training conference located in Orlando, Florida
which runs from Monday, December 3rd through to Thursday, December
6th.
At this year’s I/ITSEC, booth 2814, Simthetiq will be
demonstrating their immersive 3D content modelling and terrain
development services through a Driving Tactical Training Simulator
(DTTS) which combines COTS Hardware and Simthetiq’s
geo-specific Surobi Afghanistan Database within VBS2 1.6. The booth
will also feature a number of pod stations displaying hundreds of
COTS 3D entity models currently available on the Simthetiq eStore.
Furthermore, through the use of iPad and Android tablets, Simthetiq
will be showcasing their most recent R&D projects which include
capabilities of using mobile devices for Virtual Task Trainers
(VTT), interactive DIS viewers, and vehicle thermal signature
recognition software.
