Munich, Germany – 16 November, 2012: UIG Entertainment and HomeGrown games have today released a playable demo for Into The Dark, the B-movie styled indie adventure title recently released on digital download portals, and which will also be available from high street and online retailers in Q1 2013.

Developed by Austrian indie studio HomeGrown Games, players take on the role of slightly salacious private detective Pete O’Brannon, with his most challenging case to date in the isolated New England wilderness. Into The Dark combines puzzle, adventure, first person shooter and RPG elements with a visible “basement” development approach resulting in a visceral gaming experience.

Into The Dark is now available on digital download portals for the RRP of £14.99 and will release in UK stores in Q1 2013.

The playable demo is available to download from here
