[This unedited press release is made available courtesy of Gamasutra and its partnership with notable game PR-related resource GamesPress.]

Hamburg , Germany – November 30, 2012. Leading publisher Mail.ru, known for its popular international online games Legend: Legacy of the Dragons and Juggernaut, today announced that its popular social farm game, Farm Kingdom, is celebrating its one year anniversary.  The gates to a new virtual home opened one year ago today, and to celebrate Farm Kingdom is giving away special birthday gifts starting today!  Farmers should head to http://farmkingdom.net/ and let the celebration begin.

Farm Kingdom all started one year ago with a small room in a small house on a small plot of land, but over time curious farmers explored the surrounding woods where they found many varieties of mushrooms.  Others found a town square complete with marquee where they could compete in entertaining games known as “Quabble.”  The Kingdom grew from day-to-day and local cartographers soon created a map to help navigate quickly around new areas and easily find a ways back to the old ones.  And that brings us to today where Farm Kingdom is bigger and better than every before!

In celebration of the games first birthday, Farm Kingdom has prepared a special birthday bonus that allows players to log-in and receive a free gift to celebrate this exciting milestone.  In addition, links are posted on the Farm Kingdom Fan Page and Facebook all throughout the day, so players shouldn’t waste anytime dropping by to celebrate.  These special links have a limited number of participants so there is no time to waste!

Farm Kingdom welcomes friendship along with the change in weather and invites everyone to check out its fascinating novelties, demanding challenges, new friends and adventure!  To learn more about Farm Kingdom and join in on the fun, visit http://farmkingdom.net/
