London - Sauce Digital is getting into the winter spirit by announcing that Ice Riders, their latest game for iOS has been released into the App Store.  To add to the icy fun, they have also released news of an update to their popular Snow Fight game - which has been submitted to the App Store and should be out soon.

Snow Fight

Snow Fight is a fantastically fun snow ball game that has had great reviews since release, in both the press and in the App Store - currently holding 4 stars.   The pending update sees the addition of 22 new levels combined with iPhone 5 and retina iPad support, sure to make the experience even better.

An addictive and fun soldier command style game, the aim of Snow Fight is to conquer a smorgasbord of enemy hideouts, collecting various medals.  To achieve this, players command an elite squad of snowball slinging warriors who must capture the enemy snowmen and flags.

Ice Riders

Ice Riders, a stylish and fun snowboard game with line drawing and physics, has just been released into the store.

The objective of Ice Riders is to draw lines of ice in the direction of various bonuses, then ride three snowboarders down the ice created in an attempt to pick up as many points as possible.

Within each level – a.k.a. grade – there are a selection of bonuses to collect. To grab them, players first draw ice towards them - then race Ice Riders down the brand new frozen track to pick them up.

As players progress, the levels (a.k.a. grades) get harder, with more bonuses in more difficult arrangements.  With some, they will need to perform tricks to pick them up, such as; grabs, 180's, mid air etc.   Each grade has a required number of points to achieve for progression, whether they are able to reach the target will depend on both their ice drawing and riding skills.  

Players can take on individual grades 1-20, or a full campaign with no limit to the grade achievable - how far can you get?!
