Hamburg, 13 December 2012: GAN Game Ad Net, marketing specialist for games-related advertising and media services, intensifies its foreign operations by installing a dedicated sales department for Poland and opening a new office in Turkey. This expansion gives GAN’s clients access to two major growth markets for online games. As a specialized associate, GAN enables browser game operators to unlock additional revenue potential by working with premium advertising partners and solutions. Advertisers have widely embraced this approach. This year already saw the implementation of comprehensive campaigns for renowned companies. In Poland, GAN has attracted such high-profile clients as the Coca Cola Company, while in Turkey, a campaign for the OPET filling station chain is about to get underway.

Since its founding five years ago, GAN has succeeded in establishing gaming portals, and in particular, browser games, as premium advertising environments. The company intends to build on this success by further internationalizing its activities. For example, GAN added the Coca Cola Company’s “Fanta” brand to its client portfolio, with the accompanying campaign with in-game integration and broad-coverage campaign running on some of the biggest browser games in the Polish market in October and November. GAN launched its own marketing office in Turkey in early November, serving the local market as GAN Game Ad Net Turkiye. This branch of the company is currently implementing the integration of advertising into leading online football manager games for OPET, one of Turkey’s major petrol station operators.

“At present, the online games markets in Poland and Turkey are growing rapidly. The large number of players and high quality of the advertising markets indicate a massive sales potential,” as Daniel Siegmund, founder and managing director, explains the expansion strategy. “Our well-established solutions are encountering very high demand. Interest in innovative solutions is often much more pronounced there than it is here. To be working with this kind of pioneering spirit is quite exhilarating!”

With the expanded portfolio in Poland and Turkey, GAN has extended the reach of its worldwide campaigns to more than 50 million users.
