GLOBAL DIVIDED NATIONS OF TERRA, 8
th February, 2012 – Monyo Publishing Ltd
is excited (and a touch nervous) to announce that on Sunday 10
th February, 2012 it will be launching an ambitious
Kickstarter funding campaign to secure enough backing for another
year’s worth of issues.
Published four times a year, Continue is a features-led magazine
about gaming culture that covers
all aspects of gaming, from the biggest AAA console
shooters to the most obscure board games known to man. Rather than
carry the usual mix of reviews and previews, Continue instead is
first and foremost interested in bringing the reader interesting
stories form around the world of gaming.
“Continue has been an immensely rewarding creative
venture,” explained Continue’s Editor Paul Presley.
“What we’re looking to do now is secure enough funding
via Kickstarter to give the magazine a chance to build on its
currently very enthusiastic audience to a point that each issue can
sell enough to fund each subsequent edition. To do that, we need to
raise enough funding to carry on producing issues
and invest in a sufficient degree of marketing to bring
Continue’s message to a wider world.”
The Kickstarter campaign will be looking to raise £50,000
of funding across forty days, with backers able to claim rewards
such as the magazine itself, exclusive printed artwork taken from
Issue #01 by renowned ‘in-game photographer’ Duncan
Harris at
www.deadendthrills.com, and even the chance ot
join Continue’s crack team of gamers at a fabulous,
star-studded* boardgaming night in swanky London (*stars may be
less studded than advertised).
Should the funding target be achieved, there are several
intriguing stretch goals in place that will look to take the
Continue brand into areas beyond a basic digital magazine
publication.
Continue’s first three issues are still available to
purchase for just $2.99/£1.99 via
www.continuemag.com. Readers can purchase the
features-led, gaming culture magazine in a form that can be read on
any digital device at any time. The single price provides readers
with access to all three digital formats – PDF files for
reading the full magazine experience, .mobi files for transferring
to a Kindle device or app, and .epub files for reading on almost
all eBook readers including iBooks on the Apple iPad tablet.

about the upcoming Kickstarter campaign, please visit
