For Immediate Release

March 22, 2013

Anima Locus, a young game development company, launches a Kickstarter campaign in support of its first project - an addictive multi-platform arcade game Catorize. The game tells a story of a brave and enthusiastic little cat who suddenly realizes someone has mysteriously stolen all the colors from the world. The cat begins its quest on finding the thief and colorizing the world back.

Catorize is a game with simple yet extremely captivating gameplay. The player takes control of a cat that is particularly skilled in jumping and tries to collect all drops of paint the enigmatic thief has left to progress through levels and eventually trace his location.

The player should carefully choose the direction and the power of a jump and wisely interact with environment to safely guide the cat through dangerous obstacles and traps. One-finger controls allow a user to get the feel of the game in a minute, while mastering it will take a little bit of skill and patience. Thus, Catorize will satisfy both those who are familiar with such a game type and newbies. Charming characters, the engaging story and nice cartoon animation are responsible for maximum fun and excellent replayability.

The game is announced for all major platforms and the Kickstarter project aims to raise money to support the development of the game for all of them. Currently, the game is 30% ready with most of the art and the game core already done. However, level design, music and inter-mission art are still in development. Also the game needs to be ported to other platforms.

Availability

Catorize will be released for iOS, Android, PC, Linux and MacOS platforms in the first half of 2013.
