FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

04 NOVEMBER 2013

AN ALPHA DEMO IS AVAILABLE THAT OFFERS A VERTICAL SLICE OF STASIS.

Johannesburg, South Africa - If Sanitarium, Alien and Fallout had a child, it would be called Stasis. Stasis is a 2D isometric adventure game set on desolate spacecraft, Groomlake, where the player assumes the character, John Maracheck, to interact and solve puzzles.

From midday today until December 7th, 2013 Stasis will attempt to raise the

US$100,000.00 it needs to ensure its completion in 2014.

This is the first game and first crowd-sourced funding launch by developer, Christopher Bischoff and his new indie studio, The Brotherhood.

If successful, Kickstarter funds will also provide for professional voice artists and musical score, more cut scenes and an additional layer of AAA polish.

The Kickstarter rewards feature both digital and physical rewards, that include Polo shirts with an embroidered logo, boxed copies of Stasis, a 3D printed sculpture and even a classic adventure game hint book.

The Kickstarter page can be found here:

Brian Fargo, of Wasteland 1 and 2 fame, has expressed his view on the demo, "Excellent work! Stasis sets a thick mood and reminds me of a Ridley Scott Film."
