Northampton, Massachusetts - GameTable Online, Inc. has unveiled an online version of Wizards of the Coast's popular board game Axis & Allies: 1942 at www.GameTableOnline.com.  The retail-quality game is in beta testing and can be played for free and includes the ability to play against computer opponents, live against other players, and even a move at a time in email-style play. Players will be able to challenge each other to tournaments, unlock achievements, and strive to become the greatest Axis & Allies1942 player on the Internet.

Axis & Allies1942 expands on the previous version of the game, Axis & Allies: Revised, which is also available for play at GTO. In addition to better balanced rules and new units, there is a new satellite map gameboard that can stretch to fill multiple monitors and display every unit in play.
