I have a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in painting and printmaking, but have always enjoyed being technical and working with computers.  My work took me back to school for a programming degree that focused on business solutions.  I'm currently focused on leveraging that knowledge to code something slightly more entertaining than business objects:  games!

Exactly. Too many think that open exploration is inherently better than linear game play. It isn 't. With good writing, pacing, and interesting characters, a linear experience is very compelling.
