Emergent has recently announced an expansion into Eastern Europe and Russia with the opening of a Poland-based studio, as well as a new release of the engine with support for the Nintendo Wii,
developer Sidhe is using for forthcoming titles
both for the Wii and other multiplatform releases.
Said company CEO Geoffrey Selzer, “Emergent Japan KK is singularly focused on being a creative catalyst for Japanese game developers,. We teamed up with Acquire to ensure that we can provide not only our highly optimized middleware solutions, but also personalized, language-appropriate support. We look forward to helping our Japanese customers extract the most power and performance out of next generation hardware and break new ground in their creative endeavors.”
