This week's U.S. revenue charts see Activision's Guitar Hero
leading iPhone app sales across all categories, as Paper Toss HD
makes an impressive debut in the iPad charts.
These charts allow end users to see who is making the most money on the App Store that day. It differs significantly from the Top 10 Games chart, which is ranked by sales, and therefore is dominated by lower-priced titles that sell more copies.
Data comes courtesy of Apple's public sales information. All titles in the App Store's "Games" category are considered in chart rankings.
This week's top-grossing iPhone titles are:
1. Guitar Hero
2. Angry Birds
3. Call of Duty: World at War Zombies II
6. Bejeweled 2
7. Doodle Jump
8. Robot Unicorn Attack
9. The Sims 3
10. Plants vs. Zombies
Activision's iPhone version of Guitar Hero
leads app sales across all categories in its first week of release, ending Angry Birds' multi-week reign as the App Store's highest-grossing title.
Call of Duty: World at War Zombies II
takes third place in today's results, edging out EA's Tetris and Miniclip's recently released artillery sim Fragger.
Adult Swim's Robot Unicorn Attack
also makes an impressive debut this week, finishing behind Lima Sky's Doodle Jump at eighth place. The Sims 3 follows at ninth, as Plants vs. Zombies closes out today's results at tenth.

Pinball HD, Angry Birds HD, and Flight Control HD continue to see impressive weekly sales, meanwhile, as 2K's Civilization Revolution outsells Bruce Lee Dragon Warrior and X-Plane at eighth place.
