Newsbrief: Industrial Toys, the core-focused mobile development studio headed by Bungie co-founder Alex Seropian, has entered into a multi-title licensing deal with Epic Games, and is using Epic's Unreal Engine for its first mobile titles.

The studio will be utilizing the Unreal Engine 3 tools and feature set for its first unannounced mobile game, and will continue to use the engine for a number of future titles. Members of Industrial Toys have previously used the engine across a number of console game projects.

Seropian's team will be using the engine to create mobile games that revolve around the idea of "being accessible without sacrificing quality."
