Chat with the developer of A Mortician's Tale at 3PM EDT

Death is a constant force in game design. Whether it’s permadeath, death as a reset, or narrative death, game designers are constantly thinking about what happens when a player is sent to the great beyond. But not many games take a close look at death—about what it means for the victim and those left behind. 

So today at 3PM EDT, in this month that celebrates life after death, we’re going to be streaming A Mortician’s Tale, a “death positive” funeral home simulator created by Laundry Bear Games. We’ll be joined by lead developer Gabby DaRienzo, who will be answering your questions while chatting about the game’s design process.
