Newsbrief: Ojiro "Moppin" Fumoto, creator of the critically acclaimed vertical roguelike Downwell, has joined Nintendo. 

Fumoto broke the news on his Japanese Twitter account, writing "I got a job at Nintendo, I'll do my best."

Downwell launched in October 2015 on iOS and PC, before eventually making its way onto Android, PlayStation 4, and PS Vita.
