August 1, 2013 – San Francisco, Calif ., – Kabam, the leader in the western world for free-to-play core games, today released Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs of the Dragon for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, with an Android release coming soon on Google Play. Based on the company’s global hit Dragons of Atlantis Web game, Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs of the Dragon is a brand new title in the franchise, built from the ground up for mobile devices. The game combines real-time interaction, battle strategy and deep social interactions with rich 3D modeling of Dragons, to deliver an immersive gaming experience.

Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs of the Dragon is the first mobile game allowing players to raise their own army of Dragons while rebuilding the glory of Atlantis. A mystical invite stirs in people a deep longing to journey to this mystical land to defend the majesty of the Dragons, as they fight for survival against the evil barbarians. The time has come for a Hero to emerge, to rebuild ruined cities and rediscover ancient wisdom. Players build armies and raise Dragons, as they prepare to lead an army of glorious beasts into the very heart of battle to save Atlantis. Game features include:

Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs of the Dragon  is the third mobile game launched by Kabam in three months.  It is also Kabam's third franchise to include both a mobile and Web game.   Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs of the Dragon's predecessor,  Dragons of Atlantis, is Kabam's second $100 million+ franchise.  Kabam's largest franchise , Kingdoms of Camelot, has grossed more than $200 million in less than four years with a Web game launched in 2009 and a mobile game launched in 2012 that was the top grossing app on iOS that year.  Kabam's fastest growing franchise is  The Hobbit,  which includes a mobile and Web game launched last year.  Kabam launched Fast & Furious 6: The Game  and  Blastron  on mobile in May and July, respectively.
