August 26, 2014 — Wargaming today announced the Wargaming.net League Season Four Gold Series Finals, taking place August 30–31 at the ESL Arena and the ESL Studio 1 in Cologne, Germany, where Europe’s top World of Tanks teams will compete for the 100,000 euro prize pool and the title for top team in that region. http://worldoftanks.com/uc/tournaments/

The Gold Series Finals will feature a series of action-packed battles between six of Europe’s finest tank squads: VPRO, EPS, SB, KAZNA, CPLAY.TT, and TCM. They will face off for the grand prize of €30,000 and the chance to continue on to the Grand Finals.

“Season four of the Wargaming.net League is reaching its peak,” said Mohamed Fadl, eSports Director Europe & North America at Wargaming. “We are looking forward to seeing Europe’s finest pro-gamers compete for the crown of best tank crew, and ultimately leading them one step closer to winning a spot in the Grand Finals. We are excited to see who will rise above all others in the tournament.”

On August 30, Wargaming and ESL will broadcast the video in English on the Wargaming.net League EU twitch channel starting at 12:10 CEST on August 30 and at 14:10 CEST on August 31.

The eSports celebration will be free to the public, with a variety of community events on site and prizes for spectators including stage giveaways, invite and bonus codes for World of Tanks, as well as exclusive goodie bags. Live stream viewers will also be able to win invite and bonus codes during the match streaming, while eSports fans following the Wargaming.net League EU Facebook page will get a chance to win physical prizes by participating in the “MVP Powered by Razer” contest.
