New digital collectible card game (CCG) Champions of Megara has just launched its Kickstarter. Players can back now to join the fun early!

CANNES - September 7, 2017 - Publisher and Game Developer Megara Entertainment has just launched the Kickstarter for its upcoming digital collectible card game: Champions of Megara.

Champions of Megara is a new face in the world of digital CCGs, a game in the vein of worldwide hits like Hearthstone and Shadowverse. Players build decks of 30 cards and face off, battling it out with immersive new game mechanics rooted in classic fantasy tropes. The game boasts eight new classes and hundreds of animated card artworks.

For the past year, Megara Entertainment has used private funding to develop this project, building the engine, crafting the visuals, and honing the gameplay. The time has come to share this progress with the world, and give the public a chance to take part in the fun. A successful Kickstarter will allow Megara to proceed with beta development, and start private beta testing in December this year.

Champions of Megara is slated for a 2018 release on Steam for PC/Mac, after which the team will start work on an iOS/Android mobile release.
