“REMOTHERED: TORMENTED FATHERS” IS LEAVING EARLY ACCESS FOR ITS FULL RELEASE TODAY
Darril Arts and Stormind Games are thrilled to announce that “Remothered: Tormented Fathers”, the pure and realistic survival horror videogame, has just been fully released for PC.
91 days of Early Access gave the opportunity to the developers to improve both software performance and gameplay. Today’s release also unveils the full story to the public: PC gamers can now play from start to finish and discover Rosemary’s fate.
The community has been fundamental over these three months of Early Access. During this period, “Remothered: Tormented Fathers” has received very favourable reviews from players and has been warmly welcomed by specialized press. As a matter of fact, the game is currently rated as “very positive” by Steam users.
How to get the full release
Players who decided to support the development of “Remothered: Tormented Fathers” during the Early Access stage will receive the update to the full release with no additional cost. If you already have the game in your library, just open the Steam client and update.
If you still have not gotten the game, you can buy the PC version on the brand new Remothered Official Store, which is inaugurated today.
Indeed, today’s release also marks another milestone for “Remothered: Tormented Fathers”. The new store will allow Remothered fans to take advantage of exclusive contents.
Survival horror fans who will get their copy of “Remothered: Tormented Fathers” on the official store will receive the Original Soundtrack for free. 22 tracks, 64 minutes of music, composed by Nobuko Toda (Halo, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy) and Luca Balboni. The Original Soundtrack is being distributed at $6.99 on other digital platforms, however fans can have it for free when purchasing the game on the new store.

Rosemary Reed, a fascinating 35-year-old woman, reaches Richard Felton’s house, in order to investigate on the disappearance of a girl called Celeste. The woman is greeted by Gloria, the nurse who takes care of the old man, who is affected by a mysterious disease. When Richard understands Rosemary’s true intentions, the dread begins.
The idea of “Remothered” dates back in 2007, when Chris Darril started releasing concepts of the game and gathered a fanbase interested in his project. The development of the actual trilogy, however, begins in December 2015, when Darril Arts and Stormind Games join forces. In April 2016, the first title of the saga, “Remothered: Tormented Fathers”, gets Greenlit on Steam in less than 4 days. In June, the PC beta version is released: this preview gets favorable reception from both gamers and press. The game gets released via Steam’s Early Access on October 31st. PC gamers warmly welcome the title and review it as “very positive” on Valve’s digital distribution platform. The PC full release arrives on Steam on January 30th 2018. “Remothered: Tormented Fathers” release date for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be unveiled in 2018.
For the trilogy’s debut, Chris Darril rounded up some of the most important professionals in the videogame industry. The soundtrack of “Remothered: Tormented Fathers” is composed by Nobuko Toda (“Metal Gear Solid”, “Kingdom Hearts”, “Halo”, “The Evil Within”) and Luca Balboni (who wrote the music for feature films such as “Mine” and “Watch Them Fall”). The voice over actors for the English version are Danielle McRae (“League of Legends”, “World of Warcraft: Cataclysm”, “StarCraft Universe”), Lani Minella (“Mass Effect 3”, “The Last of Us”, “StarCraft”) and Adam Harrington (“The Wolf Among Us”, “The Walking Dead”, “Tales of Monkey Island”, “League of Legends”, “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Shadow Vanguard”). The final cast also includes Olivia Steele, Talmadge Ragan, Brandon Fague and Scott Funderburk.
