Utrecht – 41 new games will be playable at the ninth edition of INDIGO on June 29. Game developers from 17 countries will show their new games at the event organized by Dutch Game Garden.

INDIGO is a game showcase in the Netherlands highlighting the most unique and remarkable games by independent developers. This edition will be held in Speys Jaarbeurs, across the Dutch Game Garden headquarters. The program includes a talk about the Unreal Engine and a happy hour. At the end of the day we announce the winner of the INDIGO Award, which goes to the studio that received most votes that day. This year, Dutch Game Garden celebrates its ten year anniversary and we take a moment to thank all of the supporters throughout the years.

The selection

New developments and outstanding games are the core of INDIGO 2018. In the creative game Mish Mash you join other attendees to make the world’s largest collaborative drawing, and in the experimental game AENTITY you don’t have an aim, you follow your intuition – resulting in a surreal experience. INDIGO also features Storywall ColorDive, a combination of wallpaper and a mobile Augmented Reality app that’s used in waiting rooms of hospitals to reduce stress in children.
