Seoul, Korea – 17th January 2019 - Webzen, operator of the online free-to-play games portal GamesCampus, has announced a new partnership with Steam for the classic MMO golf game Shot Online.

Starting January 22, 2019, Shot Online is welcoming users of Steam, the world's biggest gaming platform, marking the 14-year anniversary of Shot Online’s EU and US servers on the official game portal, GamesCampus.

Shot Online is a MMO golf game that brings the world of competitive sports straight to the player with role-playing elements, making it more than just an online sports game. Not many online games are in the position to proclaim survivability and success for more than 10 years on the MMO market. However, 14 years of achievements and successes have led Shot Online to be very well-adapted to a player-friendly environment with abundant amounts of content and it is still on-going.

The arrival of Shot Online on Steam marks an important step for WEBZEN’s sports title, providing a completely individual server for Steam users to begin their golf journey at the same time.

Along with this upcoming Steam release, the Shot Online team will differentiate from existing branches by renewing the structure of cash shop and contents for user convenience. To support new golfers, they will be providing various packages that contains valuable items to encourage level up, game-play, and to give visual excitement.

Shot Online will be live on Steam on the 22nd of January 2019. For more information, users are encouraged to visit the official Shot Online steam website, and interested users can add the game to their Wishlist at:
