The European Central Bank and QuizClash celebrate the Euro’s 20th birthday with a quiz
Stockholm, Sweden – 18 February, 2019 -- To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the euro, the European Central Bank (ECB) teamed up with the EU’s largest trivia game, QuizClash, developed by the Swedish mobile games developer MAG Interactive, and invites players to take part in the QuizClash #EUROat20 trivia competition for a chance to win an Interrail Global Pass or an iPad Pro (10.5”).

Until 10th of March, anyone who is living in an EU country and can install the QuizClash app on their mobile device can enter the competition. The Quiz is available in Danish, German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Finnish, and Swedish. 30 winners, drawn from those players who have answered all questions correctly, will be able to choose a prize of either an Interrail Global Pass or an iPad Pro (10.5”)!

Players can grow their knowledge about the EU and the Euro by answering questions about the mission and tasks of the ECB and interesting facts about the EU, such as the number of member countries, dates of the euro adoption, criteria for joining the euro area, payment systems, the ECB’s monetary policy, its banking supervision tasks and a variety of other topics.
