Knife Sisters lets the player explore emotions, consent, power and dependency in a safe setting - consisting of a game. It’s a sex positive game with the aim to discuss romance, relationships and sex; to take sexuality seriously. Knife Sisters is released today, April 24, for Windows and Mac OSX, on Steam and

Knife Sisters tells the story of 19-year old Leo, who gets drawn into a world of rituals and strange assignments by the artist Dagger. She claims to be part of the secret society Knife Sisters, and starts asking things of Leo; requests that get more demanding with time. But can Leo really do whatever Dagger says, regardless of the cost?

You play Leo through six weeks of budding emotions, relationship drama and playdates, and let them develop as a person. One of the means for personal development is practicing BDSM. That is a way for the main character to explore their own, as well as other people’s, boundaries.

– What if we lived in a world where sexuality wasn’t frowned upon, but instead cherished for the powerful impact it could have on people’s lives, Game Designer Bobbi A Sand asks.

– That is a world I would want to live in!
