HAMBURG, Germany – 24th April, 2019 – Daedalic Entertainment has announced the release of multiple installments of the acclaimed Deponia adventure series across major gaming consoles. The original Deponia is now available on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One.

The classic game that started it all, the original Deponia is a hilarious story of adventure and romance set in a unique universe inspired by the works of Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett and Matt Groening. On a vast garbage dump world, Rufus, a good-for-nothing scoundrel, ekes out a sorry existence as part of the lowest social class, doomed to live among literal mountains of trash while dreaming of living with the rich in a floating city high above the clouds. But one day fate smiles on Rufus when an attractive young woman named Goal falls from the land above into one of his trash heaps. Deponia features clever point-and-click puzzles, bizarre characters, and lovingly realized art design brought to life with colorful comic style and hand-drawn HD resolution 2D graphics.

In addition, all four games in the Deponia series – the original DeponiaChaos on DeponiaGoodbye Deponia and Deponia Doomsday – are now available to purchase together as part of the Deponia Collection on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

DeponiaChaos on DeponiaGoodbye Deponia and Deponia Doomsday are rated PEGI 12.
