Warzone Wednesday Returns with Cash and Clout Up for Grabs
Orchard Park, New York – March 31, 2020 – The smash hit new Twitch tournament series, Warzone Wednesday, is back for another round of celebrity-fueled mayhem. Hosted on Keempark and his own Twitch channel, Keemstar’s premiere celebrity Pro-Am continues with new competitors joining the fray. This week, Grammy Award-winning DJ Steve Aoki joins DrLupo and Wuskin as the trio takes a shot at winning (more) fame and glory in Call of Duty: Warzone beginning at 4pm EST on Wednesday, April 1st! No joke - tune in during the broadcast for a chance to win prizes from HyperX Gaming too.
Last week’s star-studded show saw the trio of JoshOG, HusKerrs, and Diegosaurs win a combined $20K prize pool courtesy of HyperX Gaming as crowds looked on for over one million hours, viewed by hundreds of thousands of fans. This week’s tournament ups the drama as new fighters enter the bracket for their shot at a share of the clout.
Shoutcasted by none other than Kat Gunn and Josh Sutherland, 16 teams will enter but only one will emerge victorious. Can the new team of Aoki, DrLupo, and Wuskin manage to hold off the likes of NickMercs, CrimSix, and SypherPK? Or will KingRichard, Ninja, and TSM_Albralelie come out on top? Will Nadeshot, Cloakzy, and CourageJD be the last ones standing? A full list of all teams for this week’s show can be found here.
Do you have what it takes to walk away with $20K courtesy of HyperX Gaming on Warzone Wednesday?
This week beginning Wednesday, April 1st, anyone can sign up to get a chance at competing with these giants of gaming on April 8th’s show. Each week, a team of three chosen fans will be selected to participate in the following week’s tournament. This unique Play-In entry is powered by Efuse.gg, and core to the heart of KeemPark, a place where everyone can play with gaming legends, and perhaps become one.
How Can Anyone Compete?
Similar to New York’s iconic Rucker Park, the hallowed ground in New York City where NBA legends are made, KeemPark aims to offer a space where esports and streaming stars are born, championships are won, and where the top creators and streamers can play for honor, entertainment, and a $20,000 prize pool.
In addition to showcasing weekly star-studded tournaments, KeemPark will feature matches for loyal viewers to compete for honor and the opportunity to showcase their skills during one of the main events. KeemPark will also launch its first brick and mortar KeemPark in Keemstar’s hometown of Buffalo, New York, which will further solidify KeemPark as a place for creators and fans to take their creativity and game play to higher levels.
