The release of Pixel Puzzles 4K: Japan comes following KPL’s acquisition of the global rights to the franchise – which has sold more than four million units across 120 different packs and 11 standalone games since its launch in 2015. Pixel Puzzles 4K: Japan also kickstarts a new series of games in 4K resolution, with Pixel Puzzles 4K: Anime following in January.

KPL Development Director James Deputy said: “We have brought both the Pixel Puzzles franchise and The Digital Puzzle Company in-house and have been working very closely on an exciting new schedule of gorgeous looking hi-res puzzles, both static and animated.
