Wiesbaden, Germany - 25th February 2021. It’s been a long and occasionally radioactive road, but the end of the Early Access period for multi-award-winning survival simulation, Endzone - A World Apart, is right around the corner. After selling an impressive 150,000 units during Early Access, on 18th March, 2021, the game will see a full launch on Windows PC via Steam and GOG. To celebrate this amazing milestone, Publisher Assemble Entertainment and developer Gentlymad Studios have released a handy and informative ‘Recap Trailer’ that sums up all the incredible accomplishments and updates the game has received during Early Access. The devs are also pleased to announce that the game will be receiving its first exciting new expansion later this year!

Throughout the Early Access period, the team at Gentlymad have been all-hands-on-deck providing fixes, patches, and content expansions to keep players engaged in the survival of their post-apocalyptic colonies. During this phase, the developers released a whopping 11 major updates, adding new mechanics, buildings, environmental hazards, equipment, branching skill trees, and more. To help everyone keep up with all the progress, the new trailer gives viewers a glimpse into the game’s progress from April to now, detailing the 100+ new side missions, 24 new expeditions, 33 new buildings, countless patches and fixes, and of course, the 40,300+ trees planted as a result of the partnership with One Tree Planted.

Steeped in a world poisoned with radiation poisoning following a worldwide nuclear disaster, Endzone - A World Apart tasks players with a monumental responsibility: build a civilization and maintain the wellbeing of Earth’s last remaining human colony. Much like its genre peers such as Surviving Mars, Frostpunk, or Surviving the Aftermath, players will use the tools at their disposal to build housing structures, develop a functioning electrical system, and maintain stable water and food supplies. Much unlike its competitors, Endzone - A World Apart won’t see players face off against ghastly ghouls and irradiated monstrosities. Instead, violent weather events, such as sandstorms and drought, will seek to destroy.

Assemble Entertainment has teamed up with the charitable organization One Tree Planted to plant a tree in fire-ravaged Australia for each player that purchases the special Save the World Edition bundle. To date, over 40k trees have been planted via One Tree Planted. Not only that, players that buy the Save the World bundle will also receive a free copy of the game’s stellar soundtrack!

Endzone - A World Apart is currently available as an Early Access game on Steam and GOG for Windows PC and will launch fully to both platforms on 18th March , 2021 for £25.99. As a limited-time launch discount, Endzone - A World Apart will be available for £20.99. The Save the World Edition will also fully launch in March for £35.49 with the limited-time launch discounted price of £29.49.
