Anthony Boterf's Blog

Hi, my name is Anthony Boterf. I am an aspiring concept designer. My work background is in various customer service and food service jobs, but I have been passionate about gaming since the days of D&D.

I am currently working in my spare time on a design for a MMORPG, using research from tons of game forum sites to identify and address the most common complaints about MMORPG games from the playerbase, as well as gaining incredible insight into the design and technological hurdles presented here in this forum, among others.

Hopefully I can make some good relationships here that will serve me well when I get the opportunity to begin creating my dream work.

An introduction, and a request: How would one go about building a design studio team from the ground up? This is the first post of my blog; please forgive the wall of text. I felt it necessary to give some background.
