Olivier Lejade's Blog
Olivier Lejade is the founder of French indie studio Mekensleep - developers of the NDS game Soul Bubbles.
Previously he co-founded the game company Nevrax where he initiated the now Free as in Freedom MMO Ryzom.
The MMO Ryzom which I started 10 years ago is finally Free as in Freedom.
In this Worlds in Motion 2009 session, Erik Bethke of GoPets fame and Andrew Schneider of Live Gamer - a company that provides a Real Money Trading platform to MMOs - walked us through sound Real Money Trading design for online games.
First session I did at GDC this year was about Akoha, a meaningful social reality game in the making.
At Brandon Sheffield's request, here's a repost of what happened during the Global Game Jam at Mekensleep on the last days of January 2009.
Welcome + Introduction to this blog.
