[In this weekly column, Gamasutra rounds up the most popular paid and free gaming applications on the Android Market as of today, with NFL Flick Quarterback, Cut the Rope and Ice Runner currently ranking among the platform's top downloads.]

This week's top paid titles are:

1. Where's My Water? ($0.99)
2. Cut the Rope ($0.99)
3. NFL Flick Quarterback ($0.99)
4. Fruit Ninja ($1.26)
5. Doodle Jump ($0.99)
6. Grand Theft Auto III ($4.99)
7. NFL Flick Kicker ($0.99)
8. Minecraft: Pocket Edition ($6.99)
9.
Madden NFL 12 ($4.99)
10. Plants vs. Zombies ($2.99)

Demand for Madden NFL 12 and NFL Flick Kicker cools after both titles saw a surge in sales last week, though NFL Flick Quarterback remains a strong seller at third place.

Cut the Rope and Where's My Water? remain the Android Market's top-selling games overall, as Mojang's Minecraft: Pocket Edition and PopCap's Plants vs. Zombies return to the charts at eighth and tenth place.

2. Words With Friends Free
3. Roller Ball
4. Fruit Ninja Free
5. Ice Runner
6. Angry Birds Rio
7. Jewels Deluxe

9. Line Runner
10. Bubble Shoot

Words Mobile's Roller Ball continues to compete with Angry Birds and Words With Friends Free in the Android Market's free charts this week, as Fruit Ninja Free trails at fourth place.

Newcomer Ice Runner finishes fifth in today's rankings, as the Bejeweled clone Jewels Deluxe claims seventh.
