Here's a nice bit of news: 12 game developers in the Boston area have put their games into a $20 bundle on the Humble Store and giving a portion of the proceeds to the St Baldrick's Foundation charity.
The Foundation seeks to raise money for research into treating/curing children with cancer, and unlike typical Humble Bundle promotions, it won't receive a customer-defined percentage of the revenue from all sales of the "Boston Game Devs Bundle."
Instead, a flat 60 percent of all proceeds from sales of the bundle will be funneled to St. Baldrick's via Tech Tackles Cancer, a Boston-based chapter of the annual Tech Tackles Cancer charity drive for children's cancer charities. The participating devs, which encompass everything from Harmonix (A City Sleeps) to Manekoware (Catlateral Damage, pictured), can be found listed on the bundle itself.
