The EVIA 2014 consist of a series of international awards for the best videogames launched throughout the year that has just concluded. This event is a key annual event for the videogames sector and a key point of reference for all users.

The Awards Ceremony was hosted by the journalist, Javier Villacañas and featured the attendance of all the companies that make up this industry: Sony, Koch Media, Take Two, Electronic Arts, Activision, Nintendo, Blizzard, FX, Wargaming, Microsoft Xbox and Turtle Beach... These firms competed for awards within a number of different categories, such as "Best Action Videogame", "Best Production Company" and "Best Sports Game".

The Employers' Association for the videogames sector, ADESE, received the EVIA 2014 Honorary Award for its contribution to the development of the videogame industry.

The final list of categories and winners this year was as follows:

BEST ACTION VIDEOGAME - "BioShock: Infinite" from 2K Games


BEST STRATEGY GAME - "Company of Heroes 2" from Sega.

BEST SPORTS GAME - "NBA 2K14" from 2K Sports.

BEST MISCELLANEOUS GAME - "Skylanders: SWAP Force" from Activision

BEST PLATFORMS' GAME - "Rayman Legends" from Ubisoft

BEST RPG GAME - "Tales of Xillia" from Namco Bandai Games

BEST SPEED GAME - "Need for Speed" from EA

BEST FREE TO PLAY GAME - "World of Warplanes" from Wargaming

BEST SPANISH EDITION - "Caos en Deponia" from FX Interactive

BEST DUBBING - "FIFA 14" from EA Sports

BEST SPANISH GAME - "InviZimals" from SCEE

BEST MULTI-PLATFORM - "LEGO Marvel Super Heroes" from Warner BROS.

BEST PRODUCTION COMPANY - "Take-Two" from Rockstar and 2K


BEST MEDIA AGENCY - Ziran Comunicación

BEST HARDWARE - "PX4" from Turtle Beach

BEST 3D GAME - "The Legend of Zelda: A Link between Worlds" from Nintendo

BEST GAME ON PSVITA - "Tearaway" from SCEE

BEST VIDEOGAME BY WII U - "Super Mario 3D World" from Nintendo

BEST VIDEOGAME ON XBOX ONE - "Dead Rising 3" from Microsoft and Capcom

BEST VIDEOGAME ON PS4 - "Killzone: Shadow Fall" from SCEE

BEST VIDEOGAME ON PC - "Company of Heroes 2" from Koch Media and Sega
