Grail Group presents it´s Grail Quest ™ tournament service for the first time to international partners and media at Gamescom expo 22.-24.8.2017 in Cologne. Grail Quest is a part of Play Finland -marketing concept that promotes exports of Finnish games.

Gamescom is the leading professional event in electronic entertainment and biggest gaming event of the western hemisphere. It gathers over 800 exhibitors and 350 000 visitors from one hundred countries to Cologne in Germany at the end of August. The event strengthens brand loyalty for big publishers and serves as springboard for the new entries as a market.

Grail Group and other Play Finland members can be found at expo Hall 3.2 - booth A-017.

Support for International expansion

Grail Group is conducting a project aimed at foreign markets with the support of Centres for Economic Development during the fall of 2017. Project consists of studies, research, planning and communications. Meeting publishers, manufacturers and press is crucial part of this work. “It’s great support systems finally recognize esports as a significant business - besides game development” says co-founder of Grail Group, Kalle Koskela. “Export of services from Finland has played a minor role, at least compared to other Nordic countries.”

Esports is a strongly rising trend

“Esports is one of the rising trends in gaming” comments Neogames Director KooPee Hiltunen. “It’s delightful to see, that also this gaming phenomenon, is represented in Finnish businesses and on show at Play Finland booth.”
