The nine ‘TEAM UP’ stars who have been chosen to represent their respective regions include:

  • Giannis Antetokounmpo – NBA Player, MVP of 2018-2019 season;

On the first day of the PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019 Global Finals on Friday, July 26, all nine stars will team up to form the ultimate team and compete in a show match. International musician superstar ALAN WALKER will also join for both the show match and an exclusive live performance, where he will debut his new song collaborating with PUBG MOBILE. Players can stay tuned for the official live broadcast of the finals on the PUBG MOBILE Esports YouTube channel here.

The TEAM UP campaign makes up just one part of the massive three-day PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019 Global Finals, where the top 16 teams from around the world will duke it out for ultimate bragging rights and a healthy slice of the massive $2.5 million USD prize pool. Over 90% of all on-site tickets are sold out, but players can still purchase the last remaining tickets here.

In addition to last week’s TEAM UP voting period, players can support their favorite of the top nine TEAM UP superstars to earn exclusive PUBG MOBILE rewards, including a customized PMCO in-game parachute, and the chance of lucky draw with exclusive giveaways provided by the nine stars and ALAN WALKER. From Thursday, July 18 to Thursday, July 25, special PUBG MOBILE missions are available each day, which will reward players with up to four voting tickets per day. For each vote, players will receive a TEAM UP Crate via in-game mail. Players can cast their votes through the event page here.

PUBG MOBILE is available to download for free on the App Store and Google Play.

PUBG MOBILE is developed by Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation and based on PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS, the original PC and Xbox One gaming phenomenon that took the world of interactive entertainment by storm in 2017. Up to 100 players parachute onto a remote island to do battle in a winner-takes-all showdown. Players must locate and scavenge their own weapons, vehicles and supplies, and defeat every player in a visually and tactically rich battleground that forces players into a shrinking play zone.
