Nintendo updated its North American WiiWare shop with one new title, Strong Bad Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner (pictured) from developer Telltale Games. The company also added Naxat Soft's Break In and Hudson Soft's Star Parodier. to its Virtual Console offerings.

Strong Bad Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner is the first installment of Telltale's five-episode Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People series for PC and WiiWare. The point-and-click adventure game stars Strong Bad, the lucha libre mask-wearing character from web cartoon series Homestar Runner. Players can create "Teen Girl Squad" comics, play a retro-styled minigame titled Snake Boxer 5, and send pictures and messages to their friends through the Wii's message board system.

Originally released in 1989 for the TurboGrafx16, Break In features four-player support and offers six different billiards games to choose from, including 9-Ball, Rotation, and Carom. Players can also use the Simulation mode to calculate shots or Technique mode to practice angles and trick shots.

Star Parodier for the PC-Engine spoofs Hudson shooter Star Soldier with three playable ships -- the Paroceaser (Star Soldier ship), Bomberman, and a flying PC-Engine. The 1992 shoot'em-up has players collecting weapon power-ups, fighting mini-bosses and bosses, and flying through eight stages. In addition to the normal game mode, two-minute and five-minute high score attack modes are included.

The three games are are available for download on North America's Wii Shopping Channel, priced at 1000 Wii Points ($10) for Strong Bad Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner, 700 Wii Points ($7) for Break In, and 900 Wii Points ($9) for Star Parodier.
