Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list.

This week brings Gears of War: Judgment, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct to retailers stateside.

The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending March 23rd, 2013.

Games Released in the United States:

The newest entry in Epic Games' Gears of War series hits the Xbox 360 this week. Co-developed by Bulletstorm creators People Can Fly, Gears of War: Judgment includes the new OverRun and Free-for-All multiplayer modes, along with a prequel campaign for single-player and cooperative play.

Other titles hitting store shelves this week are Capcom's multiplatform action-adventure title Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Terminal Reality's first-person shooter The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, and the Wii U-exclusive sandbox adventure game Lego City Undercover.

Digital highlights include a Wii U version of Zen Studios' DLC-supported pinball compilation Zen Pinball 2, an Xbox Live Arcade port of Black Forest Games' successfully Kickstarted platformer Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and a localization of Artdink's PSP mech-programming sim Carnage Heart EXA.

Nintendo's Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon arrives in Japan a week in advance of its scheduled North American launch, accompanied on the 3DS by Konami's Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Shukumei no Makagami and Pretty Rhythm: My*Deco Rainbow Wedding.

Tecmo Koei will release a sequel to its manga-based brawler One Piece: Pirate Warriors for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, meanwhile, as PS3 owners can also look forward to Prototype's visual novel Little Busters! Converted Edition, Nippon Ichi's strategy-RPG Disgaea D2, and Konami's baseball sim Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2013.
