January 20, 2011 – Simpsonville, SC: Urgent Fury and FraggedNation present Battle Bowl I sponsored by elgato game capture HD. The Battle Bowl is a series of tournaments where the top teams from each community will battle for the Championship Title on various multiplayer games. Battle Bowl I will feature Call of Duty Black Ops 2 on PlayStation 3. The Battle Bowl Series will continue with Communities fighting it out on various games trying to bring the trophy home to their community each time.

Battle Bowl I is a 4 v 4 team event featuring an open ladder on both FraggedNation and Urgent Fury from February 1 ^st through February 27 ^th, 2013. The top eight teams from each community will be pitted in a championship bracket March 2 ^nd and 3 ^rd, 2013 where the winning team will take home an elgato game capture HD device for each of the four players, and the Community will claim the Battle Bowl Trophy.

Teams are directed to first choose their community, and set up their teams. On February 1 ^st the open battles will begin. site will then declare their top 8 teams to represent their community. The Championship will be featured live on Urgent Fury’s Twitch.TV: www.twitch.tv/urgentfury with live commentary. Rules and details can be found on www.urgentfury.com and www.fraggednation.com.
