[This unedited press release is made available courtesy of Gamasutra and its partnership with notable game PR-related resource GamesPress.]

Primarily a mobile game, Dream Flight has made it’s way to Google Play, Amazon Android Apps, OUYA, and the iTunes app store for iPad and iPhone. Costing only 99 cents, Dream Flight is a game about flying through the cityscape in our dreams. It’s the perfect play when you’re craving something fun, yet soothing. On February 6, 2014 the game was updated and now features 4 all new levels, a complete new story, an original score by composer David Levy, achievements, challenges, leaderboards, and an all new endless mode.

Dream Flight, designed and developed by Jameson Quave already has garnered many positive reviews on the level of immersion and atmosphere the game offers, and this update greatly improves the game over the original version.

Players glide along the cityscape, using only one button to ascend in to the skies, letting go to gently glide down.  The objective of the game is to get as far as possible in to the dream world without hitting obstacles. Initially the game plays like an endless runner, but puts a spin on the concept by offering a unique level progression drifting deeper and deeper in to the increasingly abstract and mysterious dream world.
