[This unedited press release is made available courtesy of Gamasutra and its partnership with notable game PR-related resource GamesPress.]

When horse and rider become separated you must guide them through various obstacles and hazards and eventually reunite them.

You can tap anywhere on the screen. Touch to make Poto Jump, Release to make Cabenga jump!

Sounds simple? Can you pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time?

Unique single-touch gameplay, beautiful graphics and all manner of interesting enemies are what makes this quirky scrolling jump-em-up special.

Poto & Cabenga is a collaboration between artist Richard Hogg and Indie developers Honeyslug. Originally made last year for the Gamma 4 one-button competition, it was one of the 6 winning games and was showcased at GDC 2010.

With over a million hits online, you now you can play Poto and Cabenga on your iphone. Featuring not only the original (and surprising) story mode, the iphone version has a new never ending mode. How far can a man and his faithful steed get?

Poto and Cabenga is available from the appStore from Thursday 17 th February priced $0.99/£0.59/€0.79

Richard Hogg and Honeyslug are also the people behind 2011 IGF Nominee Hohokum. Why not come and visit us at our stand to find out more?
