Its the next step in procedural behaviours in game after physics and AI. It links game agents that are biological entities to real time dynamic data. Its interesting for character-based games such as FPS, Action-adventure, RPGs, Sims like, MMOGs and even RTS.
To sum up: You can rely on our 3D injury system to simulate both realistic and imaginary wounds. You can monitor a lot of medical data: HR, BR, arterial pressure, energy reserves, etc. You can design, from scratch or from an existing profile, your own physiology with our entity generator. You can calculate how the character gets tired (exhaustion, muscular congestion, lassitude, syncope, etc.)
Physio Software basically gives you the physiological state of the character with its many parameters. As input you can stay very high level, giving a description of the environment (from generic type of activity of characters to atmospheric pressure to air composition) or enter in full details, frame by frame give the power needed by each single muscle (which is the factor that change the most and can be provided by a physics engine), and override each parameter of each organ.
From the 3D placement of organs, we are able to generate an appropriate circulatory and nervous system. Then, our API runs a cybernetic model depending on the level of detail you need, the topology and the choice of organs.
