Project Preferences: The key to outsourcing success is communication. Keeping this in mind here is a rough outline of how we have worked in the past.

1. Negotiate terms of the full contract
2. We produce a test asset based on your descriptions
3. Meeting on site to acclimatize to project requirements.
4. Begin building assets based on the asset list provided.

Milestones:
-project begins with a starting payment
-milestones every 2 weeks
-assets delivered on the day of the milestone
-every other milestone you are invoiced on a NET30 term
-each payment is derived from the project's total cost divided into equal amounts over every other milestone.
-test asset period is payable once the assets are delivered and approved.
