After mulling over last year's sales numbers and creative endeavors, I have to ask, what makes a good year for gaming? Is the games industry set on always being better [fiscally] the next year? Is this a good approach?
Much like the PS3 hacks, I'm wondering if gaming outlets will cross the line between reporting the news to advertising a product when the PSP2 is announced.
Will 2011 be the Alamo for the PSP Brand?

I 'd argue that games that advertise that they are hard games are just being honest about their challenge and moments of difficulty. I find that more welcoming than playing the 'Normal ' difficulty of a first-person shooter and being gated by these sudden ramp-ups in difficulty. There is usually ...

Given the past two or ...
Given the past two or three years of financial earnings. The lack of favor Japanese game dev companies have outside of Japan is pretty depressing. Maybe this will be the start of some super-mega J-pub merger, but I 'm probably wrong about that too.
