Mark DeLoura is a games and education consultant who worked as Senior Advisor for Digital Media at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) in 2013-2014. Prior to joining the White House, Mark worked nearly twenty years in the game industry, holding strategic, business, and technology leadership positions at companies like Sony, Nintendo, Google, Ubisoft, and THQ. 

As a passionate proponent for making computer science and game development more accessible as tools for expression, Mark has cultivated a broad perspective, working for the government, for publishers, developers, platform holders, and as a journalist.
